Robust Packaging to Prevent Transit Damage

With extensive industry experience supporting global clients, we understand the critical importance of secure packaging to maintain structural integrity during transit.

1. PCB Packaging Process

• Step 1: Following rigorous quality checks, boards are vacuum-packed (10–25 panels per bag) complete with a humidity indicator and desiccant. Each bag is labeled with the part number, order number, quantity, and date code.
• Step 2: Vacuum bags are placed into cartons and cushioned with protective foam, maintaining a standard weight limit of under 15 kg per box.
• Step 3: Cartons are securely fastened and protected. External carton labels display essential tracking details (part number, order number, quantity, and date code), with pallets utilized when necessary.

2. PCB Assembly (PCBA) Packaging Process

• Step 1: Following assembly quality checks, each unit is sealed in an initial ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) bag.
• Step 2: Units are wrapped a second time in a heavy-duty ESD bag for enhanced protection.
• Step 3: Double-layered ESD-protected units are packed into cartons with surrounding foam cushioning (standard weight under 15 kg per box), incorporating custom inner separations when required.
• Step 4: Cartons are safely sealed, labeled with comprehensive order information, and palletized if appropriate for transit.
