  • Precision Surface Finishing: Our specialized surface treatments include Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG), Electrolytic Nickel Gold, and OSP. Our ENIG process is finely tuned to control nickel thickness (1–15μm) and gold thickness (0.025–0.25μm) with exceptional accuracy.
  • Industry-Leading Infrastructure: We operate over 40 advanced production lines, featuring high-efficiency gantry and vertical continuous plating systems, supported by a fleet of 155 high-precision drilling machines, including 14 advanced Han’s Laser systems.
